Cafe' Sip-N-Play

We love this place! I like to go with my friend, Lisa, and her son Brandon. Lisa lives two houses down from me and her little boy is a month younger than Cayden. The two of them are buddies and when they get together, they can be wild. We decided to try out Cafe' Sip-N-Play when we first met. I was nervous about going the first time because I thought it was just a coffee shop and planned on just getting hot chocolate. Lisa isn't a member and I thought it would be a great way to share my standards and be able to talk about the Church if she had questions. It's not just a coffee shop though. It is such a fun place. Our kids love it and the food is good.

Most of the cafe' is a play area for the kids. They have a market with carts & groceries; fort with slides, puppets & theatre; little couches & books; dress-up clothes; train sets; and other toys. It's all gated in, but Cayden can climb over the walls if he wants to. They even have a small separate section for the pre-walkers. This was Brenna's first time going in to play. They have little tables for the kids to eat at, sippy cups & containers full of free Cheerios for the babies. Kids plates and slip-resistant and they keep the rest room stocked with diapers and wipes. We usually stay there for about 3 hours so the boys have plenty of time to get their energy out. The best part is when we get home...they crash out for a little bit!
